Peter Keane:
This Golden based artist prefers the surreal and abstract genres. His love of seascapes shows through in many of his works as well as presenting every day scenes in a quirky way. Peter's paintings hang in private collections around the world, including one in Antarctica. His medium is high quality acrylic paint on Yupo Polymer. Yupo is produced in Japan for the printing industry, and was discovered by artists about 30 years ago. Yupo has a drying agent on it, so the painting process is very quick and spontaneous. He rarely uses a brush to apply his paints, preferring to 'paint' with old debit or plastic cards. |
