ARTIST'S BIO

LOGAN CAMPBELL

Logan was born on May 13, 1965 in New Plymouth shortly after the family moved to Auckland where he spent most of his teenage years. He now resides in Northland, New Zealand.

He left school at 15 and completed his carpentry/joinery apprenticeship by 1985. The next 30 years he spent predominantly in Australia working many different jobs from intricate geometric timber staircases in Sydney to operating 250 ton haul pacs throughout Western Australia.

It was 2015 when Logan started his creative journey in Australia with his second creation being selected in the 2015 Midwest Art Prize (40 selected from 400 entries West Australia wide) also having many pieces accepted into JahRoc Margaret River as well as several other prominent Galleries in WA. Although just starting out along his creative journey Logan has had the pleasure of donating several pieces to charity for Auction.

2015 found him back in New Zealand after a lifestyle change where he is now selling in galleries throughout the country.
