Tania Jack is an award winning multidisciplinary New Zealand artist.
Tania loves experimenting with different techniques and media, but her passion is painting in oil on canvas. She creates atmospheric and emotive paintings inspired by the New Zealand landscape, seascapes and wildlife. The Kea is a particular favourite.
After living most of her life near Queenstown in the Wakatipu basin, Tania works from her home in rural East Otago, New Zealand. Being a keen artist since childhood, Tania has as exhibited works for sale for
over 30 years, winning various awards for art and design.
Spending time in the UK, Tania attended further art classes and completed a University degree in Glasgow, and more recently has completed a New Zealand Honours Diploma in Creative Art in Wellington.
Tania’s artworks have found their way into collections in the USA, UK and Europe and New Zealand.
Tania works full time as an artist and illustrator, working in oils, acrylic, watercolour, sculpting in polymer clay, precious metal clay working with silver, also stained glass. She welcomes commissions through Raukura Gallery.
